To provide a professional service that strives to meet the varying needs of families through positive partnerships that develop the child in a safe community.

We have both qualified and experienced staff.  The staff use a friendly and professional approach with the families and children who use our service and are very helpful.  Our staff believe in providing good role models for the children within the service and hold current First Aid Certificates.

At Wenty Children's Centre:

We believe that all families deserve the right to quality care. We endeavour to provide a supportive and nurturing environment, where children are happy and parents feel comfortable having their children in our care.

We believe that our environment and daily timetable fosters interesting, varied and balanced activities appropriate to the interests and abilities of each child. Learning opportunities are based on observations of individual children and are appropriate to their interests, experiences, development and interactions.

We believe that children are socially constructed.  Partnerships should be established between the centre and each family to ensure continuity of care and the inclusion of all children within the centre.  We encourage parent involvement and input into all areas of the program.

We believe children need to be provided with opportunities to make their own decisions and to develop their confidence.  Our program encourages self-expression and creativity, through exploration and problem solving.

We believe children need an environment, which provides opportunities for language development and stimulates communication skills. This environment will also provide children with opportunities for both social interactions and individual experiences.  This fosters a positive approach to the world around them.

We believe that when all aspects of diversity are incorporated into our program, it allows children to grow together and develop respect for each other and the wider community.

We believe that children should be provided with a nutritious well-balanced meal that considers their individual requirements. We believe that rest time should be pleasant for children and based upon the individual needs of each child.

We believe that it is essential to maintain a high standard of cleanliness to minimise the spread of infections and disease, promoting children's health and well being.

We believe a team of qualified and experienced staff working together sharing ideas and resources provides a rich and stimulating environment.

I am a mother of three children. Like many parents I was hesitant when it came to looking for a child care centre. Wenty kids was recommended by a friend of my mums. I couldn't be more pleased that I followed her advice. The staff at the centre are always meticulous in their care, attentive to the children, friendly to the families. The centre is always clean, with activities always set out for the children.

The children are always care for and watched over. The staff and the children interact in such a happy secure way each delighting in new events, accomplishments and growing friendships.
