I used the website to read about the different types of child care services available and particularly found the family day care section really valuable.     I visited one family day carer and put my daughter's name on the waiting list for 2008.   Unfortunately, the perception has for a long time been that all child care services are full and the waiting lists are long, but you have made childcare options so much easier!  Thanks Sharon

I have been using the Parramatta Child Care Directory to advertise our council's child care services and have found the service that we receive from Donna and her team to be excellent. We have many listings and over the time we have made alterations and additions to pages. Any changes are always done immediately, usually within minutes, never a drama. We have had Donna out to speak to a couple of teams we work with and her presentation and level of professionalism is very high.
