ABOUT ME
I am a proactive, enthusiastic and organised person. Am married and blessed with two children. Since 2008, am in this profession of family day care.
The reasons I choose to become a carer are, by nature I like children, secondly my children could get good companionship thru family day care.
QUALIFICATIONS
Completed all relevant training and First Aid Course, currently studying towards certificate III in Children’s Services, Child Protection, Code of Conduct, Exploring Literacy and Numeracy in Early Childhood Settings and I am a registered care provider with Merrylands Holroyd Family Day Care Scheme.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe in providing an environment that is caring, loving, nurturing and secure.
I believe in encouraging and assisting children to learn and develop at their own pace.
I believe in positive encouragement through which I aim to build self confidence, self-esteem and self-worthiness in the children.
HOME ENVIRONMENT
I have a suitable and conducive environment to run a family day care.
Indoors – I have a play area and sleeping area fully tiled, air conditioned and equipped with all necessary essentials required for family day care.
Outdoors – I have a fairly large play area with one half shaded and the other half grassed, which is fully fenced. Overall my house is safe and secure according to the regulations of the council.
Activities I enjoy doing with children are crafting, painting, dancing and singing etc.

Monday to Friday 7.00am to 7.00pm, I also offer before and after school care and vacation care if required.
