Hi, my name is Durga. I am a registered carer with Barnardos Family Day Care Scheme and have been a carer since 2007. I am conveniently located in Parramatta.
My family day care is available 5 days per week including vacation, before and after school care. I am available from 7.00am to 7.00pm (flexible hours), I provide care for children from 0 to 5 years of age.
I have the following qualifications and training:
Senior first aid certificate OH & S Risk Management Edible Solutions Food Safety & Hygiene for Food Handlers Conflict Resolution Training Quality Assurance Training Road Safety for Family Day Care Identifying & Responding to Children & Young People at Risk of Harm Carer Orientation Training as well as other training courses offered within my family day care scheme
Families in my care are eligible for child care benefits from Centerlink. I offer children in my care a bilingual experience I speak English, Gujarati and Hindi.
I attending playgroup sessions which are held at the Scheme on a monthly basis.
